Bookings and Payments

All bookings for guiding services are invoiced and processed through Hokkaido Vibe in accordance with the applicable booking invoice and terms and conditions.

I operate as an independent freelance guide within the Hokkaido Vibe network. Hokkaido Vibe facilitates bookings and payment processing, while guiding services are delivered by the independent guide identified as the service provider on the booking invoice.

The applicable booking terms and any required participation waivers must also be followed.

Safety and Participation

Backcountry skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Participants must follow the guide's safety instructions throughout the activity.

Guests should obtain appropriate insurance that covers backcountry skiing or snowboarding, including medical expenses and emergency rescue where applicable.

Activities may be modified, postponed or cancelled when weather, avalanche conditions or other circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
